avernix.com is where we share news about our games and the studio. Each game has its own site and its own terms, which apply when you play: Averrion: Ascension's are at averrion.com/legal/terms.
Our content
The text, logos, art and screenshots on this site belong to us. You may use press kit assets and screenshots in editorial coverage, reviews and videos, including monetized ones. Please don't use them to imply we endorse you.
Fair use of the site
Don't attack the site, flood the newsletter form, or sign up addresses that aren't yours.
No warranty
Game details shared here, like features, platforms and dates, describe our plans and can change. The site is provided as it is, and to the extent the law allows we aren't liable for losses from using it.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. If we form Avernix Game Studio LLC, it takes our place in these terms. These terms follow the laws of Oregon, United States.
